also easily entertained, that's why i wrote -- to amuse myself :O).
Seriously though, my mom is off her meds and out of her tree (for months)and the e-mails have been interesting. I'm just an observer in the latest round of someone trying to talk some sense into her and in this very serious letter, the author broke off into a little quoting from an offbeat 80's movie. I found that to an interesting (and entertaining) approach.
I take no less than 6 psych drugs a day, 3-5 times a day on average. It took me a long time to accept the fact that I have to take them.
But I don't always want to, fortunately (or unfortunately) my husband and my mom keep an eye on me. He's never seen my off my meds, my mom has. I feel bad for her sometimes. I know I can be umm shall we say a handful?
It still slays me on how much my prescriptions cost..I'm always thinking wow there goes a new couch, or we could have gone away for a long weekend, or a new designer purse..
I am hanging in here. Thanks for asking. I started to type both of you e-mails, but too many people not in school to be able to focus enough to string words together in a meaningful fashion.
I am still steeped in real life and it is sucking the fun out of blogging, so I just haven't. Sure, I'm still blogging in my head -- oh, you all love me I'm so funny and on point about so many things...all my best posts are in the vault up there :o).
I need all the down time I can get, so blogging takes a back seat. I've been reading blogs still, so I'm not completely out of the loop. Again I say, wish ya'll were local, we could go see "Made of Honor" and get our popcorn on.
good thoughts right back at ya)))))))))))))))))))))))))

I don't TOTALLY know what this means, but it made me laugh anyway. Yea, I'm easily entertained...
I agree, you got me snickering. Now I'm ready for the rest of the story...

Wow! How did the trying to talk some sense into her go?
Sadly, ineffective.
