It's how I get things done
I wanted to document that I got my hair colored again -- still red, but darker because I can't handle the root maintenance. You can't really tell because of the bad lighting situation -- Winnie was unwilling to wait for a shot to be set up -- I took what I could get.
What I got was a great shot of my "meth neck". You see everywhere now (Oprah, 20/20), how meth is getting big among the suburban set -- they show pics of how your skin and teeth take the beat from all that meth. Whenever my neck breaks out I think people are looking at me and wondering how often I'm hitting the meth pipe, "Ahhhhh, now I see."

Anyone ever tell you you look like Catherine O'Hara?
A little anyway.
My husband said when he first met me I reminded him of her and he liked her. He also thought I was a lesbian so he didn't give his attraction to the Catherine O'Hara in me much thought at first.
...short hair, comfortable in my own skin -- had to be a lesbian, right? (my best friend had short hair too -- of course we were together).
And we're back to the neck -- I have her neck, not the meth thing -- the older I get, the less definition between it and my face thing. I know how to shade in a neck line -- I'm okay for now.
Why do we find making fun of meth heads so amusing?
I like the hair cut. I'm growing mine long for some unknown reason.

Catherine O'Hara..Bettlejuice, Bettlejuice, Bettlejuice. I'm glad though that you have just her neck thing and not the meth thing as you mentioned above. I never had her pegged for a meth user. *wink*

Never met a meth head I didn't like -- I'm sure they're not real happy about the neck thing either... is all I'm sayin. Well, that and I bet they're never super happy about the dentil bills they sober up to either.
btw ttq, do you usually make it to the long stage, or give up right around the shoulder mark?
It's way past my shoulders now, last year at this time it was chin length in front and shoulder length in back..
O MY GAWD! I had a mullet!
